Refund policy
48-Hour Return Window We apply a 48-hour return policy. You have 48 hours from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ayli.ma. Approved returns must be shipped to the following address: Pearl Center, N°15, 5th Floor, Rue Ibn Khozaima, Tanger 90000, Morocco. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@ayli.ma so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order.
EU customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@ayli.ma.
