Processing Time Every order is carefully prepared within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery within Morocco Delivery is handled by our logistics partners across the entire Moroccan territory. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days depending on your city. Shipping is free of charge.

International Shipping AYLI also ships internationally. Delivery times range from 5 to 14 business days depending on the destination. Customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the country — these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your order in real time using the link provided.

Missing Order If you have not received your parcel within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at contact@ayli.ma with your order number. We will do everything necessary to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
